Thymoma: Do what you LOVE

Gigi: I would like to share my story and passion for living in the moment. I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and Thymoma in 2006. The Thymus Gland was enlarged and surgically removed. After a routine check in 2009 my doctor called to advise my right lung had a cancer growth all around it. "A malignant cell must have seeded during that operation in 2006". How could this be! I didn't waste anytime and after four months of chemo, I had my right lung and diaphragm removed! I hope what I have learned along the way somehow inspires you to never give up.
